Same with yeast as far as using a true d-mannose. Stay away from refined sugars, white breads, etc. You can contact a good natural doc or your own doc to ask about Olive leaf extract with the d-mannose. As with synthetic antibiotics, never take herbs for these too long.
Take lots of real acidophilus and other good bacteria for the gut. If you have not cleaned the colon in awhile, do so before any self treatment. The toxins have to leave, but they need a route to go in. A blocked colon will keep the toxins in and it's a vicious cycle.
