Treatment for sinus infection-
1. Practice exhalation after breathing in deeply. Do this 30 times, early in the morning on an empty stomach. 2. Put clarified cow's butter in each nostril at night.
Instill 3 drops in each nostril by bending backwards. 3. Take a homeopathic remedy called Hepar sulph 30, 5 pills once at bed time for 3 days. Then wait and watch for 1 week.
4. Take another homeopathic remedy called Bacillinum 1m 1 dose only. Repeat 2nd dose after 1 month. 5. Follow up after the medication mentioned in point 3 with Arum triph 30 5 pills. Once at bed time for 15 days.
