Treat sinus infection

1. Practice exhalation after breathing in deeply. Do this 30 times, early in the morning on an empty stomach.

2. Put clarified cow's butter in each nostril at night.


Instill 3 drops in each nostril by bending backwards.

3. Take a homeopathic remedy called Hepar sulph 30, 5 pills once at bed time for 3 days. Then wait and watch for 1 week.

4. Take another homeopathic remedy called Bacillinum 1m 1 dose only. Repeat 2nd dose after 1 month.

5. Follow up after the medication mentioned in point 3 with Arum triph 30 5 pills. Once at bed time for 15 days.
