Treatment for blemishes - 1. An ideal remedy is steaming .Take hot water vapour from a boling water vessel covering the full head . 2. Drink ample of water atleast 10 glasses per day .
3. Take a bio chemic remedy called as calcarea phos 30x 5 tablets once daily bed time for 1 month .
