Treatment for pinched nerve in arm

Treatment for pinched nerve-

1.Massage with black cumin oil ,firstly the back and neck and then the arm affected .Massage should be towards the heart ,below upwards ,outward to inward.

2.Do rotation of the arms at the shoulder  to make a zero or a circle with the shoulder .

3.Then extend the hands ahead straight and rotate the wrist clock wise and anticlocwise in  circular motion keeping hands straight at the elbow .
