Advice for better health - 1.Please get out of bed early in the morning and go for walk for an hour or jogg for 1/2 an hour daily . 2.After this sit in the rising sun and practise deep breathing techniques like in Yog pranayam for 20 minutes . 3.Take winter cherry or indian ginseng { ashwagandha} powder 1 tsp with 1 cup milk morning and night daily for 3 months .
