TREATMENT FOR GERD -

1.Take a homeopathy remedy like robinia or nux vomica 30 5 pills

once bed time for 15 days .

2.Take light food .Avoid gasy ,fried ,fatty foods totally .

3.Take more green leafy vegetables.

4.Enjoy your food ,do not haste while eating chew atleast 40 times

before swollowing a morsel.

5.Do not drink water 1/2 hour before and 1 hour after eating food.
