Remedies and cures to quickly lose weight- 1. The ideal way and permanent solution for weight loss lies in Yoga pranayam. Do 7 pranayams viz bhastrika, kapalbhaati, bhaayye, agnisaar, anulom-vilom, bhaamri, udgeet. Out of these do kapalbhaati and anulom vilom for 20 minutes each.
Continue with these pranayam for 6 months. Do not miss a single day. One may naturally reduce about 400 gms per day if he/she does this as explained above.
