Treatment for cold in ear

1. Close the mouth and nose tightly shut after inhalation and then try to breathe out by closing the mouth and nose tighter. The air will try to escape through the ear and it will get unblocked. Repeat this process 10 times per day.

 2. Take a homeopathic remedy called hepar sulph 30 5 pills once daily for 10 days.

 3. After 10 days take a biochemic remedy called kali mur 3x and silicea 3x.Take 3 tablets from each 3 times a day for 1 month.

 4. Avoid cold icy drinks and synthetic syrups. It will be better if you avoided oily foods too.
