Question on cold sores: I've been getting cold sores since i was a teenager. Does cold sores mean that i have had herpes since i was young?

Cold Sores Remedies -
- Yes cold sores are significant of underlying herpes virus. May be the virus is lying dormant in the anterior horn of the spinal cord. The curatives used have just suppressed it making it asymptomatic for a while.
- There are good recognitive cures with homeopathic treatments. There are many remedies like variolinum, sulphur, merc sol. mezerium, that can be used constitutionally to cure cold sore from the hepatic cause.
- Even Yog pranayam is very effective for this type of neuro-dermal disease. Please learn all Pranayams especially kapalbhaati and anulom vilom.
