Home Remedies for Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids or varicose veins of the anus and rectum are enlarged bulging blood vessels located inside or outside the anus. Try these following simple remedies:

• Mango seed powder should be given in doses of 1. 5-2 gms with honey, twice daily.
• Eat 4 soaked figs twice a day.
  
  
  Do this for 4 weeks.
  
• Create a juice from spinach, watercress, carrots, or turnip leaves and drink it.
• Take 1tbsp of corriander leaves juice with 1 tsp of sugar thrice daily.
  
  
  
• Eat boiled ripe banana or place it on a 1-cup of milk. Do this at least 2 times a day.
• Drink radish juice both in the morning and in the evening. The white radish paste with milk on the other hand is applied on the hemorrhoids to lessen the pain and the swelling.
• Drinking buttermilk at the end of a meal is beneficial.
• Boil 40 grams of sesame seeds in 1 liter of water. Keep it on the flame until 1/3 of the original content is left to drink and drink it twice a day.
  
• To cure the bleeding, soaked onion weighing 50 grams in water with 1 tablespoon of sugar can be taken. It would take effect in few weeks.
  
• Drink a juice mixture of 1 tsp each of ginger juice, lime juice and fresh mint juice, mixed with 1 tbsp of honey.
