Health advice on sinus infection- - Just blow out air from the nose briskly 20 times. Then do slow inhalation and fast rapid exhalation for another 50 times every day on empty stomach that's in the morning after you wake up.
- Take steam inhalations. Boil water with 5 drops of eucalyptus oil and 1 tsp bishop seeds. Inhale these fumes.
- Take a homeopathic remedy called Pulsatilla 30, 5 pills once at bed time for 10 days .
- Then take pulsatilla 200 single dose once a week for 3 weeks.
- Take a follow up homeopathic remedy called belladonna 30, 5 pills once daily at bed time for 2 weeks after the pulsatilla 200 dose mentioned above.
