Treament for eczema: Ive suffered from eczema for 7 years now and i was wondering can you grow out of eczema?

Treatment for ezema-
- Please do Yoga pranayam. Do 7 pranayams daily. They are bhatrika, kapalbhaati, bhayye, agnisaar, anulom vilom, bhaamri and udgeet. Do these early in the morning on empty stomach. Continue all pranayams for minimum 8 months.
- Take a homeopathic remedy called Sulphur 200 just a single dose at bed time, no water or food 1 hour over this dose. Take a daily medicine called rhus tox 30, 5 pills once at bed time from the next night for 15 nights. Then stop all and wait for another 15 days.
- If even after the medications in 2 above there is no good cure, please take a 2nd dose of Sulphur 200 a single dose only and wait for 15 days again.
