Natural treatment for ankle swelling -
1. Please do hot cold water fromentation.The process is to dip the leg till the lower 1/4th of it that ankle may be submerged in water .First in the vessel with cold water dip for 5 seconds then immediately remove and dip in the vessel with hot water for 5 seconds .
Continue to do this for 10 minutes.Do this once bed time every night daily for 15 days.
