Pityriasis rosea-

Get out the part exposed to early morning sunlight and evening

sunlight for half an hour.

Take a homeopathic medicine  called calc sulph 30 c  5 pills once bed

time daily 10 days .Then stop and watch out for 1 month.

Do deep inhalation and exalation slowly say 10 seconds to inhale fully

and then 10 seconds to exale deeply and fully .Likewise for 10

minutes .
