First, if anyone had a "complete cure" for multiple sclerosis, they would probably not be writing short answers on a website for "home remedies." Since multiple sclerosis can have a variety of potential causes, the possible treatments do not lend themselves to simplistic solutions. There are aspects of multiple sclerosis that have been linked to deficiencies (such as Vitamin D) or to excesses (heavy metal toxicity etc.) Certainly, proper neurological support may include supplements such as fish oil, B-vitamins etc. Depending upon the individual and the progression of the disease, additional treatments will vary.
A diet free from additives, processed foods and food sensitivities may also be helpful. Many people live full and rich lives with a slow progression of the disease, others become disabled earlier. I would recommend you seek the advice of a trained health care provider who could develop an individualized treatment plan.
