Diet treatment in menstrual cycle -

1.Take simple food avoid oily fried stuff and bread during menses.

2.Flour and water do not harm directly it's just the excess of it while

washing or too much swimming may divert the hormone effect or too

much of bread and biscuits spoil the stomach flora make it gaseous

and may lead to reduced menses.

Diet treatment in menstrual cycle-

Avoiding refined and grounded things is always better.

Flour too is grounded wheat which harms the cycles as it soaks more

liquid and liberates more gases. This may lead to more crampy pains in

the uterus.
