Treatment for pain in feet
My feet hurt a lot when I get up in the morning or after they have been elevated for a while. But then the pain goes mostly away soon afterwards. What might help this please?

The pain can be caused by some damaged nerve, bad sleeping posture at night or general body weakness, over exertion, muscle, ligament strain, long standing hours etc.
- Try some stretching exercises – rotate your feet in clockwise direction for 5 times and then in anti-clock wise direction for 5 times. This will help the paining muscles.
- Pamper your feet by simply soaking them in a bucket of warm water with 1 tbsp of salt in it for 10-15 minutes before sleeping.
This will help relax your pain. - Rub clove oil mixed with coconut oil gently over feet; this will provide relief for leg aches.
- Include liberal amounts of ginger in your daily diet as it has excellent pain killing properties.
- Wear comfortable shoes, because if the shoe that you wear misfits your leg then it could also be a reason for aching feet.
