Getting stretch marks largely depends on your skin type and heredity. The only way to avoid stretch marks is to prevent them.
Lose weight if you are overweight.
This should be a planned process by combining diet and exercise together. Be focused; lose not more than ½ kg per week.
Massage vitamin E oil over the skin with marks liberally after taking a shower.
To tone your skin muscles, and keep them firm regular exercise will be of great help.
Mix ½ cup coco butter, 1 tsp apricot kernel oil, 1 tsp wheat germ oil, 1 tsp vitamin E oil and 2 tsp grated bees wax. Heat this mixture till cocoa butter and bees wax melt and apply this cream on your stretch marks.
