Health advice to reduce stretch marks
How can i reduce the appearance of my stretch marks?

Getting stretch marks largely depends on your skin type and heredity. The only way to avoid stretch marks is to prevent them.
- Lose weight if you are overweight.
This should be a planned process by combining diet and exercise together. Be focused; lose not more than ½ kg per week. - Massage vitamin E oil over the skin with marks liberally after taking a shower.
- To tone your skin muscles, and keep them firm regular exercise will be of great help.
- Mix ½ cup coco butter, 1 tsp apricot kernel oil, 1 tsp wheat germ oil, 1 tsp vitamin E oil and 2 tsp grated bees wax. Heat this mixture till cocoa butter and bees wax melt and apply this cream on your stretch marks.
