Treatment for pain in legs
I am suffering from on and off pains on my right leg and especially in the morning for almost 4 months now.The pains seems to be coming from inside my leg.

Leg aches can be due to various reasons like general body weakness, over exertion, muscle or ligament strain, long standing hours etc. Ttry these home remedies to relax your legs and feet
- Simply soak your feet in a bucket of warm water with 1 tbsp of salt in it for 10-15 minutes before sleeping. This will help relax your paining legs.
- For better blood circulation in legs, place around 6cms high cushion beneath your legs and sleep straight.
- Rub clove oil mixed with coconut oil gently over the affected leg muscle; this will provide relief for leg aches.
- Include liberal amounts of ginger in your daily diet as it has excellent pain killing properties. Have a balanced meal including all the fresh fruits and dark green leafy vegetables and whole wheat products.
