Treatment for damaged blood vessel
What can I use for a damaged blood vessel around my left ankle that was caused by irritation?

An irritation has caused by a damaged blood vessel? Is it bleeding or causing pain? Consult a specialist if it is paining or bleeding.
Till then you can use ice compress. Wrap ice in a towel or a plastic bag and apply on the affected area. This will help to deal with the pain and also stop bleeding.
