Please suggest home cures for shingles. What foods will help relieve pain and other symptoms ? What creams or ointments should be used for relief?

Natural treatment for shingles-
Keep the part affected away from direct heat or cold and chill.
Take a decoction made from 1 tsp ginger powder in 1 cup hot water. Drink this once daily in the morning.
Take a homeopathic remedy called Mezerium 200 single powder dose. Then wait and watch for 5 days and take a 2nd single dose of the same medicine again.
If there are stinging pains take another homeopathic remedy called as spigellia 30 or Apis mel 30 if burning pains with swelling.
Take 5 pills 2 times a day for 5 days. Then stop all medicines.
You may apply a paste made from Clarified semi solid butter and honey wax. This will help to relieve the pain and gives great relief.
