A good place to start would be with dry skin brushing. Buy a dry brush and get in the habit of dry brushing daily. To dry brush the legs start at the groin with circular motions around the hip crease at the top of the leg. Then begin brushing up the leg. Start small and continue until you do full sweeps from ankle to groin. Repeat for all areas around the legs.
