How do i get rid of swelling in my ankles?

Treatment for swelling in the ankles-
Please do fomentation by dipping the foot till the ankles, in very cold and very hot water tub alternately. Keep the feet in each tub for 3-4 seconds. Continue this procedure for 5 minute once daily.
Take a homeopathic remedy Arnica 30 if there is soreness around the ankles. Take 5 pills 2 times daily for 3-5 days.
3.If you cannot move and the swelling is red and hot with great pain take Rhustox 30 [homeopathic remedy ] 5 pills daily 2 times for 10 days.
If there is numbness and tingling sensation in the foot with pain take ledum pal 30 [homeopathic remedy] 5 pills 2 times daily for 3-5 days
