Muscle cramps are painful involuntary contraction of a group of muscles, which generally occurs in elderly. Try these simple home remedies:
- Take two teaspoons of honey with each meal on a regular basis as a preventative measure.
- Soak your feet for 10-20 minutes in a bucket of hot water with a homemade tea bag of black or brown mustard seeds (two teaspoons of seeds tied up in some cotton immersed in it).
- Massage the sore muscle with some camphor water in coconut oil.
- Two teaspoons of honey with meals for 1-2 weeks provides relief.
- Suck on a little rock salt for immediate relief.
