Alternative cures -

1. Please expose to a lot of early morning sunlight. Sunbathe for 1 hour in the early morning rising sun.
2. Take lot of fresh air, do Kapaalbhaati and anulom vilom for 20 minutes each as in Yog pranayam for 5 months without a gap of a single day.
3. Take red mushrooms called ganoderma.Eat about 10 gms daily for 5 months.
4. Take a homeopathic remedy called as Ars iod 30 5 pills once daily at bed time for 7 days.
5. Take another follow up remedy called as Ars sulph Flavum 6c 5 pills once at bed time for 1 month. Then stop all medicines and wait.

Alternative Remedies for white patches -

• Take black dates dipped in apple cider. Eat 5 dates daily in the morning.
• Take early sun rays bath in the morning for 1 hour.
• Take homeopathic remedy called arsenic sulph flavum 6c 5 pills once at bed time for 15 days. Then wait for 10 days.
• After waiting for 10 days start with 1 tsp of almond powder and 2 olives daily in the morning and night on empty stomach.
• Take the mushroom called ganoderma. Take about 5 gms of it daily for 2 months.
