Question on sunspots

I have a loss of pigmentation in small spots on my body. My mom used to call them sunspots. We used iodine to get rid of them. What are sunspots? How can I get rid of them?

Question on sunspots-
  • Sunspots are on lighter or darker areas of the skin due to excessive sun exposure or fungal infections like Tenia versicolor.
  • 2 application of Sea buckthorn oil is very good for these spots.
  • Also sweet almond oil, wheat germ oil, Jojoba and coconut are useful.

After sun exposure immediately apply this and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
  • There is a homeopathic remedy called arsenic album 1m.  A Single powder dose should be taken. Then wait for 20 days. Then take another dose of the same remedy and wait and watch.
