Question on dark urine
What does dark urine indicate?

It may mean you are not drinking a sufficient amount of water (1/2 your body weight in ounces of water, daily) and/or your kidneys are not functioning optimally. Depending upon other urinary symptoms such as odor, burning, frequency of urination etc. , it may be helpful for you to see a trained health care professional who can take a good history and do some simple tests (such as a urinalysis.)
