My age is 40 running, weight is only 50 kgs, I want to go to abroad, how to increase my weight within one month?

Everyone keeps talking about losing weight by eating right and doing exercise and being positive. However there are not many people who are on the other extreme, that is, who want to gain weight. Most people think that by eating a lot of fatty foods one would be able to gain weight faster, this however may not be the case as even if you gain weight there is a possibility that the weight gained could be harmful to your body.
Therefore the question, “How to increase weight?” though the answer to this is not very simple there are a host of things one could do in order to increase body weight.
The best method on how to increase weight fast or to quickly gain weight is diet. The food to be avoided largely remains the same as the thin person who is underweight does not want to get unfit while putting on weight. It is necessary therefore that you eat right and exercise a fixed amount to increase your body weight. The quickest as also the best way to gain weight is to use a diet designed for weight gain. You could introduce some bran in your daily diet. Bran helps with the fiber that is necessary for proper digestion to take place. Like people who lose weight, you will need to stay away from sugar, junk food and processed fats. You would also need to begin with the consumption of some Omega – 3 healthy fats as also other essential fats found in flax, salmon, tuna, and walnuts. You could also increase your consumption of lean protein. This would include fish, chicken, red meat as also vegetarian alternatives such as seeds, legumes, and nuts. Consuming dry fruits benefits the body with healthy and essential carbohydrates. Choose heavier fruits like apples, pears, bananas and pineapples. Whole wheat bread and whole grains are also beneficial in weight gain. Trail mixes make for very tasty, nutritious and non-boring snacks. When you snack concentrate on herbs to add flavor rather than salt. Snacks are a good substitute when you feel like eating junk. It is necessary that you resist that as these foods are overloaded with salt and other processed food ingredients, including transfats.
It is a misnomer that to put on weight you need to have large meals. Like the people eating well to lose weight, you should also eat fewer but frequent meals. Remember to have a calorie goal. Having a number for the calories you would like to consume makes it easier to plan your meals.
There are thus different methods on how to gain weight in a healthy way. There are a variety of foods that are effective options to gain weight which you have perhaps already been having. Some people even use supplements for weight gain. These work as an effective alternative when it come to the intaske of some unhealthy snack. These supplements are very heathy and can either be taken with water or as a smoothie. One should also be careful about these supplements as they contain chemicals that could harm the individual in the long run. It is important therefore to read the labels carefully. Make a choice of healthy beverages like smoothies, milk, as also fruit juices. Different kinds of sodas and colas are only filled with empty calories and add up to the sugar of the body. You could even begin increasing your consumption of eggs, dairy, beans and pulses. You could even build up the consumption of some complex carbohydrates. Do this by including foods such as tapioca, potatoes, rice and sweet potato. Even when it comes to fats, make a choice of the healthier option like monosaturated fats such as olive oil and those found in avocados and walnuts.
An example of meals you could eat in a day, in a very generic sense is a breakfast of granola, nuts, a banana, milk and juice. A mid morning snack could be a fruit and a handful of nuts. Lunch would comprise some avocado, tuna salad, with whole grain crackers or whole wheat or multi grain bread with berries topped with full fat yoghurt or some cream cheese and honey. The key is to blend fats, protein and carbohydrates well. You should also get a regular workout in order to build in a fitter and better body. Working out will also improve your metabolism and therefore your appetite. You will eat better if you start to exercise regularly.
