Hair loss prevention- 1. Do sarvangaasan and shirsaasan in Yoga regularly once daily on an empty stomach in the morning. 2. Apply coconut oil.
Massage it for 10 minutes on the scalp gently. Then stand in the early morning rising sun for 1/2 hour. 3. Take 1 tsp of Indian gooseberry powder with honey in 1 cup water daily for 3 months.
4. Relax and do not change oils and shampoos frequently. Any herbal oil for eg coconut or Azadirachta oil is good. Like wise arnica, azadirachta or calendula based shampoos are good for the hair.
