Question on stomach heaviness and bloating

I am suffering from bloating, constipation, acidity, heaviness in stomach & breast, weak bones. Is it indigestion? In my stools some food particles are seen. Please advise.

Stomach heaviness and bloating-

1. You ideally require to do Yoga Pranayam such as  bhastrika, kapalbhaati, bhaayye, agnisaar, anulom vilom,bhaamri and udgeet. Do this systematically for 1/2 hour daily early in the morning on an empty stomach before sunrise.

2. Take 2 big glasses of warm water just after waking up in the morning daily.


3. Take 500 gms of bottle gourd juice every day in the morning before consuming any other food.

4. Always eat breakfast between 6-8 am in the morning , lunch between

11-1 pm in the afternoon and dinner between 6-8 pm in the evening. No matter in which country you live this is the best food time-table.


Before going to bed, ideally there must be 2 to 3 hours gap after having dinner.
