Health advice on tinnitus - 1. This is an effective exercise: Take a deep breath, and then close your nose completely with your fingers pressing tightly over the nostrils. Then try to breathe out from the nose. Mouth should be shut and lips tightened.
Try to exhale hard. Air won't come out as nose and mouth are closed. Then this air tries to escape through the ears.
Do this and feel the air forcing its way out through the ear hole. This will exert a pressure upon the ossicles and nerves in the ear, leading to stimulation, cleaning and rejuvenation of the whole hearing system within. Repeat the above at least 5 times in a single sitting once a day. 2.
