Health advice on spondylolysis: Im 43 yrs old woman.I have spondylolysis,bone spurs in my neck.This is accompanied by osteoarthritis.Ive continuous pain in my neck and shoulder.My left albow is also hurting.Advise some home remedies.

A friend of mine uses Emu oil which can be very expensive but he swears by it. Also he uses Blue Emu which is a topical cream. For temporary relief try absorbine Jr. or a new product, Activ On.
