Natural cures for thrush- Please avoid all yeast items like bread ,biscuits,,cakes etc Please avoid heavy sugar and sweets ,chocolates. Take a nutrient bound diet like honey and wheat chappati . Apply honey preferrable old blackened and pure honey .
Gargle with turmeric water 2 times daily.
