Peroxide and ear infection- H2O2 or hydrgen peroxide is an acute remedy which will surely help for earache.It will dissolve the wax and relieve the pain .It must be used carefully.
If the infection and pain persist then take some good remedy. Put oil of coconut with garlic fried in it brown,sieve and cool then put in ears. Other homeopathic remedies like merc sol 30 ,silicea 30 mag phos 30 can be given for 3 -4 days.
