Treatment for heel pain

If the pain in on the bottom of your heel then this is the only thing i found that worked. I went to several drs. but none helped me.


I did this on my own.

Get a pair of shoes, sneakers best, with a really "good arch support", lift up the coussion take a dremmil tool with a head that will ground out a hole, and ground out a hole in the heel area about the size of 1/2 a small egg. Don't make it too big, you want it so you can walk normally with no pain. you may have to work with the size of the egg shaped hole.
