Alternative cures for backache - Take an Ayurvedic medicine containing Shilajit . Do some brisk walking with good ,straight posture every day. Do back exercise like lying down on abdomen and lifting the face upwards whilst seeing the ceiling .
Put palms of both hand at shoulder each side. In the same lying then pick legs backwards folding at the knee upwards and bring them towards the hips.Do these 10 times each.
