Im 28yr old male.After I urinate completely,still some drops comes out, which makes me dirty,and my testicles became small. I dont know for what reason. Can you suggest me.

Don’t be in a hurry to finish urination. Wait for two minutes after you finish urinating so that you don’t make yourself dirty. Always respond to a call for urination, never delay the call, this can cause the urine to come in this fashion and may even cause more severe problems like bladder infections or kidney stones. Consult a specialist as soon as possible to know the exact cause for the testicles to get smaller to avoid any complications.
