Rest is very important. Avoid any strain on your elbow and avoid any repetitive movement that involves your elbow.
Ice compresses would help to heal your tennis elbow. Put ice cubes in a bag or wrap them in a towel and apply it on the elbow for 10-15 minutes for 3-4 times a day.
Braces available in different sports shops are also effective to relive the pain
Learn some stretching exercises for your elbow to move in the right direction until it is straight. Repeat this stretching exercise till you are confident to strengthen your elbow with exercises.
Massage therapy and acupuncture therapy can also be used to treat tennis elbow.
