You can take the multi-vitamins and B-complex at different times with your mid-day and morning meals. Co Q 10 works better when taken with vitamin E. Calcium/D/Minerals can be taken between meals in divided doses. Depending upon the reason for taking grapeseed extract you can take it between meals.
