Treatment for head cold

Treatment for head cold-

1.Take steam from a boiling water vessel .Drop 5 drops of eucalyptus

in it and again have this steam for 3-4 minutes,twice a day.

2.You may have hot green tea with 1/2 tsp  cinnamon powder and 1 tsp

 honey in it .

3.Take a homeopathi remedy called as Belladonna 30  5 pills 3 hourly

 for acute congestion and head cold .
