Health advice on weight gain

They all give tips on loosing weight, but i wanna add some weight.How can i do this coz i,ve tried. I am 5'8 and I am 64kgs.

Health advice on weight gain -

1. Be positive and start taking ground nuts 100 gms per day .

2. Take 3 bananas in the morning daily .

3. Start gym and aerobics followed by the above foods

4.


Even soya beans and other rich protein diet is recommended.
