Margosa is known for its medicinal properties and is referred to as a wonder tree. Margosa possesses antiseptic properties that make it very effective in a fight against viruses and bacteria. Research has shown how Margosa contains both alkaloids and liminoids.


Each of these have several uses and can be used to treat various medical conditions. The bark, the oil and the leaf of the Margosa tree are each useful in various ways.

In fact, in India twigs from a Margosa tree are used to clean one's teeth.


Margosa leaves can be boiled in water to make a natural hair rinse. Boil the leaves well in hot water and then pass through a sieve. You can stored this and use over the next few days.

Margosa will need to be used in some processed format in order to be regularly used and be effective. Margosa oil is a good oil to use on teeth that are rotting. There are several products for the teeth and mouth that contain Margosa. If you can buy a Margosa toothpaste then you should regularly brush in the morning and the night.

A mouthwash that is made out of Margosa leaves is effective for teeth that are decayed and in order to control sore and bleeding gums.
