Even if you are trying to gain weight exercise is important. Ensure that you take up some kind of exercise that you will practice each day. Regular exercise will help you feel relaxed and tired. This in turn will ensure that your stomach is in good condition. A clean stomach will help you feel hungrier and the exercises will help too.
Try to build muscles with a good diet and regular exercise. Gaining fat will not help you in the future. Remember gaining weight is likely to take some time and be a little patient.
