Treatment for hair loss
There can be many reasons for hair loss. Some of them are excessive use of a hair dryer or hair irons, dry hair, genetic factors, dandruff or stress. Try to stop using dryers and irons for a while and see if that alone makes a difference.
Massage your scalp with warm castor oil, olive oil or coconut oil. Leave the oil in your hair overnight and wash it off the next morning with a mild shampoo and warm water. Oil is one of the best conditioners for breakage due to dry hair.
It will provide much-needed moisture to your hair and strengthen it considerably. Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight and massage this water into your scalp the next day. Rinse and shampoo. Try this remedy for a minimum of four weeks. It will take that long to show results. You can also apply a paste of yogurt and black gram flour to your hair. This will help strengthen it. Crush a whole onion and remove its juice. Apply this freshly removed juice to your hair. This will encourage fresh hair growth. For avoiding hair breakage, try to use a wide-toothed comb instead of a brush for your hair. Never comb your hair when it is wet, and make it a point to allow it to dry out naturally.
