Can taking dal(pulse) help in low blood pressure?

Pulses in low blood pressure – 1. Pulses have lot of proteins and carbohydrates. They may work to normalize the pressure if it is sub normal or low.
2. Taking the pulses in water after boiling the pulse for 10 minutes is an ideal remedy to improve the low pressure. 3. Pulses water can be given with a dash of salt and pepper to raise the pressure.
