Query on menstrual cramps

do menstrual cramps get worse as you get older, or after you have children?
(30 Aug 2007)

Menstrual cramps-

These cramps are not in any way related to aging or fertility.  Menstrual cramps may be very painful even at puberty and before marriage too.

They may get worse if certain ovarian changes occur with various probabilities.

There may be cyst in ovaries, or poly cystic ovaries, fibroids in uterus and other psychosomatic causes etc. this may lead to unusual imbalances in the hormones and thereby acute contractions of the uterus leading to cramps and severe pain.
