Aloe vera juice -
Aloe vera is a cactus like plant, botanically it is from the liliacea family.
It is very good source of various vitamins, folic acid, amino acids and antioxidants.
To extract the juice give a hit to leaf till it is warm, just take a sharp knife and make a slit on the leaf.
Remove the gel with the help of spoon. The sap will liberate the thick juice that can be collected in a small glass or cup like container. One can take lemon juice or orange juice in the container so that the juice of aloe vera will not stick and dissolve to make a healthy drink.
Grind it well to make a juice. After application is over you may remove the stickiness with lemon juice or any oil.
