Treatment for ovarian cist

Can anything help to make an ovarian cist smaller?
(29 Aug 2007)

Although many ovarian cysts dissolve on their own, you can not sit and wait for it. You need an appropriate treatment to treat them. Surgery is only recommended if the growth of the cyst is large enough or if the cyst is persistent, growing, on both ovaries causing pain or solid or shaped irregularly and if a lady has not reached her puberty yet.

Decrease the consumption of oily fatty and fried foods as far as possible. Also reduce the visible fat and try to switch on a vegan diet. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables like beets, carrots, oranges, broccoli, dark green leafy vegetables and lemons.

There is no such magic remedy to shrink the size of the cyst, please consult a specialist to treat the problem and avoid any complications.
