Alternative cure from blisters- 1.Rinse the mouth every morning and night with a solution of turmeric and honey in 1:1 ratio. 2. Suck and chew cardamom [elaaichi] 4 full grains after peeling of the cover.
3.Do good breathing to oxygenate and rejuvinate the cells .Pranayam is the best way.
