A Basil Tea Enema stimulates circulation, aids digestion, and can eliminate gas.Be very careful and gentle when doing enema, our rectum and our intestines are not designed to be penetrated from the rear end.

Be very careful when doing any enema with herbal extracts, not all people tolerate these herbs the same way. Some people are extremely intolerant or even allergic to some herbs.
If you choose to use any herbal extract with enema water, try first a smaller amount, and if you feel good, you can try more the next time. Always read all recipes carefully!
